Marula Drive

  • Our client was a high-achieving business professional who frequently traveled internationally. He needed a home to return to between his trips, where he could reconnect with his wife and four teenagers.

  • The client had specific functional needs (lots of storage, seating for a large family, durable fabrics due to teenagers) and required travel-friendly furnishings that balances durability and style, considering the client's frequent travels.

    1. We tackled the open floor plan. We created separate spaces to relax, eat, and gather, while maintaining a sense of flow throughout the home.

    2. We prioritised statement pieces like rugs, furniture, artwork, and lighting. These elements helped define distinct areas without chopping up the space.

    3. We selected fuctional fabrics that were practical and easy to maintain, but still created a stylish and inviting space.
