Our signature full service design is for homeowners interested in a white glove experience where we provide you with a turn-key design solution so you can sit back, relax, and let us take care of everything for you.
Full service design is ideal for busy homeowners undergoing projects like renovations, kitchen and bathroom remodels, new builds, furnishing and styling projects.
We will provide you with everything you need for your project, including selections of materials and finishes, furnishings, window treatments, custom built-ins, lightings designs, artwork, accessories, and so much more.
How We Work
We manage all the stages of your design project, with our streamlined process, high-end design, and detailed execution. We stay in communication with you throughout the project so that you always know where you stand right now, and what's coming next.
01 | DESIGN DISCOVERY
You tell us your story, your vision and what you’d like to focus on during our complimentary Design Discovery Consultation. We look forward to learning about your lifestyle and the interior dreams and desires you want to focus on. If in our consultation, this looks like a good fit for us both, we’ll schedule the second step in Discovery, your Home Review.
02 | DESIGN CONCEPT
After your Project Kick-off celebration, we dive into design concept. We’ll present floor plans, your custom mood board, and accent features so you can approve the design direction and experience effective form and function in the layouts.
03 | DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
In preparation of your Design Presentation, we’ll confirm all finishes, fixtures, lighting and furnishing selections in the context of each room. We’ll review these choices with you and look forward to your feedback, including any revisions.
04 | CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
For renovation projects, we prepare a detailed document with construction drawings and specs, for the contractor to adhere to when construction begins. We also work closely with the contractor and all other trades involved on your project to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and excellence of the design is carried out..
05 | PROCUREMENT
Once your selections are finalised, we generate and place all purchase orders. All goods are tracked, receiving is scheduled, and every item is fully inspected on arrival. We ensure all goods are arriving in a timely manner so we can maintain the schedule for your Big Reveal. You’ll receive a weekly email update on progress each Friday.
06 | STYLING FOR THE BIG REVEAL
The installation is where the magic happens. All your carefully selected items are styled in your space, from custom upholstery and curated case-goods to exclusive window treatments, unique artwork, refined rugs, flawless lighting, and the best accessories, bringing your design transformation to life.
07 | CELEBRATION OF THE TRANSFORMATION
We host a celebration for you, your friends, and family. You’ll be surprised and delighted by the design transformation as you enjoy your newly customised rooms, designed to your taste and lifestyle.
